Credit Card Processing and Security
We have taken numerous steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially, accurately, and securely.
Kariba Farms guarantees that your shopping experience will be safe. If unauthorized charges are made on your credit card as a result of shopping at the Site, we will reimburse you for any fraudulent charges not covered by your credit card issuer. The Fair Credit Billing Act prohibits your credit card company from holding you responsible for more than $50 of fraudulent credit card charges if you are a victim of credit card fraud. If your credit card was used fraudulently, through no fault of your own, as a result of shopping with our secure server at the Site, we will cover the entire amount for which your credit card company holds you responsible, up to this $50 limit. If your credit card is used in an unauthorized manner, notify your credit card company immediately. It will assist you in making a claim and notify you about whether you will be held responsible for this $50 liability fee. If you are required to pay the fee, please let us know so that we can reimburse you for 100% of this $50 liability fee.
Kariba Farms uses secured sockets layer (SSL) technology to ensure the privacy of your personal information. This advanced security technology encrypts or scrambles your personal data (including your name, delivery and e-mail addresses, and credit card number) before it is sent to us, making it virtually impossible for anyone other than Kariba Farms to read it.
